Regarding exercise people should look into their needs, goals and preferences.
I think the most important exercise advise is to choose an exercise that is fun and realistic.
If one has an eating disorder, one should get professionel help because an eating disorder is actually not about food.
It is an emotional trauma response and that is why body-work therapy is a good tool for wellbeing.
Emotional stress release is foundational for inner well-being and natural beauty.
I recommend body-work therapy.
For example Rosen Method, Body SDS, Totem, TFT and EFT etc.
Acupuncture is also effectful.
Supplements are important as well.
My preferences are collagen II mixed in a glass of water, K2-vitamin, D3, Omega 3, magnesium citrat, choline and a multi-tablet.
